The Firm specialized in Power Electronics.

ELIT was born in 1987, as a Company specializing in design, production, installation and start up of static frequency converter. The founder of the Company comes from more than thirty years of experience and he was the forerunner in the beginning of the eighty’s, of the use of transistors in medium and high power uninterruptible power supply, producing for IBM UPS using transistor technology for loads up to 2250kVA.

ELIT produces:

• 60Hz and 400Hz static frequency converter to test and supply civil and military planes;
• 270Vdc and 28Vdc power supplies for military aircraft powering and testing;
• UPS, Uninterruptible Power supply, also on customer specification;
• Static frequency converter for the supply of ships on quay and on board;
• Constant Current Regulator for Public lighting and Airport Ground Lighting.

ELIT offers not only a standard series of products based on in house design and technology, but has also specialized in custom made equipment distinguishable by simplicity of design, operations and maintainability.
For these reasons, ELIT Srl, an ISO 9001: 2015 certified Company, is nowadays a well known nationally and internationally and reliable supplier of 400Hz static frequency converter both civil and military field (receiving the NATO Code for the quality of his supplies), of UPS and of static Constant Current Regulators for series lighting in the domestic and foreign markets.
ELIT Srl has obtained the assignment of the D-U-N-S® Number, a unique nine-digit identification code that uniquely identifies the company. In 2014 he obtained the enrollment in the System for Award Management and from 2019 the registration to the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment and Wide Area Work Flow, Integrated Supply Systems of the US Air Force and Navy.

Strengthening his position in national market and in some traditional European markets, since a few years ELITis growing his presence in emergent markets as Middle East, South America and Far East.
